1970's Air France travel poster promoting Mexico and designed by Raymond Pages
Produced for Air France in 1968, this is one of a collection of 14 posters which promoted some of the airline's most popular destinations. Designed by reknowned french artist and designer Raymond pages this poster subtly evokes pre-Columbian art or Mexican motifs reinterpreted through a contemporary graphic language. A stunning poster guaranteed to brighten up any interior. Since 1933, Air France has had a long and illustrious history producing bold and eye-catching advertising campaigns. By employing notable artists, often with their own distinctive styles, they have managed to capture the romance and wonder of travel with some distinctive posters, including this one by Raymond Pagés.
